AiS2

AiS2 is the main study information system. You may use it for enrolment, subjects, timetable, exam registration, study results and official study-related actions.

LF UPJŠ has an official page with AiS2 manuals, including instructions for creating an enrolment sheet, adding subjects, electronic enrolment, timetable sign-up, exam registration and Microsoft 365 password recovery.

Basic AiS2 steps

1. Get your university login after enrolment.
2. Open AiS2.
3. Check your personal information.
4. Create or check your enrolment sheet if required.
5. Add subjects according to your study plan.
6. Check your timetable.
7. Register for exams when exam registration opens.
8. Check results regularly.

Moodle

Moodle is usually used for e-learning, study materials, assignments and communication with teachers.

UPJŠ email / Microsoft 365

Your university email is an official communication channel. Check it regularly. If you miss an official email, the university may still consider the information delivered.

Student tip

Do not rely only on WhatsApp groups. Your official email and AiS2 are more important.
